Sustainable institutions require leadership to build strong programs and the capacity of people to lead them. CEOs must develop effective leadership at all levels to support and implement their vision, but also cultivate the next generation of leaders to sustain the institutional mission into the future. This session features the experience of ACE Fellows and the presidents who nominated them to illustrate how they see substantive, experiential leadership development as an investment in institutional capacity.
